Provided on the Naples (INC) and Pendelton (AMISC) campuses, physical therapy is a complimentary service available to all Arthrex employees with a physician's referral. Therapists provide an individualized approach, combining home exercise programs and recommended lifestyle changes to get you back to living the life you love. Licensed therapists provide care for a wide variety of conditions, including orthopedic, sports-related, neurologic, and vestibular conditions.

    • Orthopedic: Arthritis, chronic pain, fractures, hypermobility disorders, joint replacements, osteoporosis, overuse injuries, plantar fasciitis, postsurgical cases, spinal pain, sprains/strains, muscle/tendon/meniscal tears, work-related injuries, and tendonitis/tendinopathies

Individual treatment plans often include medications, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions. Arthrex provides employees and family members with additional complimentary professional services for mental health through Lyra. Eligible family members receive 8 free sessions of mental health coaching and therapy per calendar year. Lyra provides on-demand resources for meditating, improving sleep, easing stress, and more. Additional work-life services are available through Lyra, including legal consultations, identity theft support, financial consultations, and child care, pet care, and elder care resources. Employees can also choose to access mental health appointments through in-network providers, with a $20 copay for primary care visits and a $40 copay for specialist visits. The first two copays are waived.

  • Women's Health

AMC providers ensure that women receive excellent care throughout every stage of life. In addition to routine check-ups, vaccinations, and screenings such as Pap smears, providers also help women navigate testing and treatment options during perimenopause and menopause.

  • Workers' Compensation

The AMCs partner with the Environmental Health and Safety Department to provide workers' compensation services. The clinics evaluate cases promptly, provide referrals, and help coordinate outside medical care if necessary. Most cases involving minor injuries are handled the same day. Clinic providers make assessments and determine if any appropriate work restrictions apply. Your supervisor is the first point of contact for all work-related injuries.

Advanced Wellness and Aesthetic Services (Fee-Based)

Individual results may vary. Not all services are appropriate for every patient, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Please consult with your physician or healthcare provider to discuss your specific needs and determine which treatment options may be right for you.

Orthobiologics

Orthobiologic injections are minimally invasive treatments that use biologic substances to support the body's natural healing processes. One type of orthobiologic treatment is a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection. PRP is created from concentrated platelets derived from your own blood and contains growth factors that may help support healing and modulate inflammation.1 Joint injections may be appropriate for you if you are experiencing chronic joint pain, inflammation, or limited mobility due to conditions such as osteoarthritis, tendonitis, or ligament injuries. Injections are personalized to each patient's needs.

Benefits of PRP Injections

  • PRP injections may help improve pain and function in patients with early osteoarthritis and certain overuse injuries.2,3
  • PRP injections may support healing in certain soft-tissue injuries, including some muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries that do not require surgery.4,5
  • Minimally invasive injections are performed conveniently and require little downtime.
  • PRP injections may be considered as part of a nonsurgical treatment plan for some patients with early osteoarthritis.2,6

Platelet-Rich Plasma Treatments

Face and Neck Microneedling

  • $250 per session (face only)
  • $300 per session (face and neck)

Also known as a “vampire facial,” this minimally invasive cosmetic procedure uses the skin's natural healing process to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scars, and rejuvenate skin.7-9 By combining collagen-boosting microneedling with growth factor-rich plasma derived from the patient's own blood, this treatment provides improved skin renewal with minimal downtime.7

The addition of PRP to microneedling may stimulate skin renewal and potentially produce better results than microneedling alone.10

People may consider microneedling treatment with PRP if they want to treat certain marks or blemishes on the face for cosmetic reasons. Microneedling with PRP may be used to treat:

  • Acne scars
  • Surgical scars
  • Wrinkles and fine lines
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Sun damage
  • Large pores
  • Uneven skin texture

Under-Eye and Nasolabial Fold Injections

  • Under-eye PRP Injections: $250 (includes nasolabial fold injections at no additional cost)
  • Nasolabial Fold Injections: $250 (includes under-eye injections at no additional cost)

PRP injections in the nasolabial area may add volume and reduce the appearance of folds. This treatment helps stimulate your body's own collagen production and may improve facial volume and minimize the appearance of lines and folds.11,12

PRP can also be used for under-eye rejuvenation to help improve the appearance of dark circles and fine lines, resulting in a refreshed appearance.13,14 PRP may also be used to improve the appearance of under-eye bags.

Scalp Injections

  • Scalp PRP Injections: $250

PRP scalp injections are a nonsurgical therapeutic option for individuals experiencing hair loss or thinning hair. Treatment may promote the growth of hair follicles by stimulating stem cells and other cells within the hair follicle microenvironment. PRP contains growth factors that may enhance the proliferation and regeneration of hair follicles. Clinical studies have shown that PRP may help increase hair growth, hair density, and hair thickness in individuals with androgenetic alopecia.15,16

EMSELLA®

  • EMSELLA: $100 per session (4-6 sessions recommended)

EMSELLA is a breakthrough treatment that helps improve incontinence and restore confidence. Electromagnetic energy delivers thousands of supramaximal contractions targeting deep pelvic floor muscles that are difficult to train with voluntary exercises like Kegels. A single 30-minute session induces 11,000+ muscle contractions, the equivalent to thousands of Kegels, with no downtime, pain, or need to undress. This treatment is ideal for those with postpartum weakness, menopause-related incontinence, or men seeking improved pelvic strength following prostate treatment. Key benefits include improved bladder control, greatly reducing and often eliminating stress incontinence (leakage from laughing or sneezing), as well as urge and fecal incontinence. Women often experience increased vaginal sensation, tone, and tightness for enhanced sexual health. Men can experience enhanced erectile function and performance.

EMSCULPT NEO®

  • EMSCULPT NEO: $200 per session (4-6 sessions recommended)
  • ADD ON second body part in the same session for an additional $150 per session
  • ‍BUDDY CHARGE second person in the same session for $150 per person per session

EMSCULPT NEO is a noninvasive, FDA-cleared body contouring treatment that builds muscle and destroys fat cells simultaneously using high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy. A single 30-minute session induces 20,000 supramaximal muscle contractions, equivalent to thousands of squats or sit-ups, commonly targeting the abdomen, buttocks, arms, and thighs. The rate of muscle contraction is impossible through voluntary exercise and results in deep remodeling of the inner structure. A typical treatment involves four 30-minute sessions over two weeks, with results appearing 2-4 weeks after the final session. Sessions are painless with no downtime, allowing for immediate return to daily activities.

Vitamin Therapies and Injections

  • IV Infusions: $100 per 45-minute session
  • ‍B12 Injection: $25.00
  • NAD+: $25.00
  • MICC: $25.00

Choose from a variety of premium IV blends and injections to boost energy, enhance recovery and performance, combat dehydration, or brighten and rejuvenate the skin.

Benefits of IV Hydration Therapy and Injections:

  • Rapid hydration and nutrient absorption
  • Increased energy levels
  • Enhanced immune support
